Upcoming Malek Jandali Workshop
It’s our pleasure to invite you to a workshop with the world-renowned pianist and composer Mr. Jandali, on Friday, September 29 at 2pm, in O'Neil 306. Please join us and learn more about the rich Arabic heritage through music.
Mr.Jandali will perform the US Premiere of the Desert Rose Symphony with the South Bend Symphony on Saturday, September 30 at 7:30 PM in the Morris Performing Arts Center. This symphony was launched for the opening of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and it integrates folk and traditional Arabic music in Western symphonic form.
The South Bend Symphony is generously offering Notre Dame students a discounted rate of only $12 and a free album as a gift to audience members who attend the 6:30pm pre-concert talk at the Morris.
